Plans include an abandoned farm on Eide (gnr 35 bnr 1), with uncultivated areas and some properties nearby, (gnr 36/14 and 36/18). In the long term we also want to facilitate the property on Skorpa as a part of the ecovillage.

The area plan is in progress, and it aims at facilitating installations as:

– Teaching and assembly hall
– Administration
– Farmhouses
– New residential buildings in cluster
– Apartments / rooms for visitors and people staying for shorter periods
– Greenhouses
– Allotments
– Various minor workshops
– Harbor for smaller boats.

The planning process is based on work three engineering students from the Engineering College in Bergen did as part of their bachelor thesis, in 2013.
